Erin Lafferty, MBA, C.P.A., Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Lafferty has 14 years of experience in corporate accounting, covering both pre-IPO and public companies. Prior to joining GenVault in 2002, Ms. Lafferty held the position of Corporate Controller at Medibuy, Inc., an internet-based medical supply chain management company, and assumed full responsibility for the finance department, including work on SEC registration statements, corporate valuations, and merger and acquisition activity. Before Medibuy, she was Director of Finance at SilkRoad Inc. and has held various positions of increasing responsibility at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Ms. Lafferty obtained a B.S. from the Haas School of Business, U.C. Berkeley and an Executive MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management.
