Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide highly visible customer support through the performance of on-site installation, as well as overseeing any necessary troubleshooting, service, and repair of complex equipment and systems.
  • Review and approves operational quality of system equipment.
  • Instruct customers in the operation and maintenance of the system. 
  • Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. 
  • Interpret customers’ needs and identify if the responsibility for problem resolution falls to sales personnel, or engineers. 
  • Interface with other groups within the company to facilitate resolution to customer issues.
  • Manage multiple third parties to ensure effective coordination of project timelines and deliverables.
  • Provide additional engineering development support as needed.
  • Expert knowledge of scientific principles and concepts. 
  • Up to 50% travel required to perform on site training and support.

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelors degree in bio-engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • 5-8 years related automation experience.   
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail critical.
  • Design/Drafting experience preferred.
