GenVault’s room temperature storage technologies are the building blocks of their biosample management products and solutions. We’ve built upon proven storage matrices, making them suitable for genetic analysis with fail-proof labeling. But that’s just the beginning. Sample processing begins at the moment samples are collected, whether in the clinic, field or laboratory. GenVault is developing innovative new matrices to simplify the collection, transport and storage of a wide variety of biosamples and specimens.
Current biosample technologies include GenPlates – for crude biosample storage on a paper matrix; RPM – for purified nucleic acid storage, in a nanoparticle-based reversible porous matrix; GenSolve> – a proprietary chemistry for recovering samples stored on paper; GenCode – for ensuring biosample integrity and a fail proof chain of custody; and coming soon, the Elastomeric Matrix for storing protein products at room temperature.
